Bruce Hsieh – Bio

He is a native speaker of Taiwanese Mandarin who had lived in Taiwan for 20 years before relocating to Canada, where he currently resides in Vancouver. His accent is more like the Northern accent spoken in Taipei, which is close to the hometown where he grew up. He is, on one hand, more of a homebody type of person who likes to pick up a book to read when the moon is high and the hour is none and to seek escape from reality in the imaginative and fantastic worlds of movies. On the other, he sometimes finds solace in watching sunset at a beach and marvels at the night sky teemed with brilliant stars that constantly reminds us that we humans are but a speck of dust in the grandeur of the universe.
